Xen So I’m Xen, a communication designer working across brand identity, visual systems, and culturally driven projects. My work focuses on translating concepts into clear, well-structured design systems that balance narrative, function, and audience needs.
I graduated with BA (Hons) Scheme in Design (Communication Design) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and have extensive experience working within commercial design agencies, contributing to projects across F&B branding, university communications, beauty and health sectors, and etc. This background has grounded my practice in practical execution, production awareness, and collaborative workflows.
Alongside my design practice, I have lived and worked in Europe, including a working holiday in Austria. While my work there was outside the design field, the experience shaped my sensitivity to cultural context, everyday systems, and sustainable ways of living — perspectives that continue to inform my design approach. I’m currently working within an international retail and media environment, engaging with large-scale commercial systems and global brand contexts.
I enjoy projects that move between cultural expression and commercial clarity, and I value research, collaboration, and long-term thinking in design. I’m currently open to opportunities with international teams.
Feel free to get in touch via email or Instagram — I’d be happy to connect.
