moon tang “25+1” tour identity

A tour identity for moon tang’s “25+1”, transforming an album-inspired narrative into a luminous, stage-driven visual system through a bold, studded title design.

While the tour title was provided by the client, the visual language was conceived as a continuation of moon tang’s latest album “25”, translating its narrative into a new typographic and visual system featuring a shiny, studded logo inspired by clothing embellishments.

Rather than replicating the album’s visual style, this project introduces a new transformation that builds on the idea of progression — moving from an intimate, stitched aesthetic, album-focused narrative to a bold, stage-ready identity, creating growth, transformation, and stage impact. The colour palette, typeface, and overall tone were intentionally distinct to ensure the tour identity stands as a fresh, performative chapter while maintaining conceptual continuity.

The identity was designed as a flexible system, applied across stage visuals, posters, merchandise, and digital platforms, allowing adaptation across formats while maintaining a strong and recognisable core, supporting both storytelling and large-scale live performance.
