A rebranding project for Simply Bowls, redefining a lawn bowls club through a mascot-led identity system that communicates inclusivity, energy, and an active lifestyle beyond traditional sports culture.

The rebrand aimed to reposition Simply Bowls as an open, energetic, and welcoming community rather than a conventional lawn bowls club. To express this shift, the identity was built around three original mascots — Jacko, Bowlson, and Rinko — which act as the approachable and expressive face of the brand. The characters were designed with dynamic forms and a vibrant colour palette to convey movement, friendliness, and vitality. This mascot-led system allows the brand to communicate its diverse activities — from lawn bowls to fitness and social programmes — while maintaining a consistent and engaging visual language across touchpoints.
